Worship Services – 8:00 & 10:30 am on Sundays

Welcome to Saint Thomas Episcopal Church – come experience worship and fellowship with an inclusive Christian community.

Celebrating worship together is an integral part of community life at Saint Thomas. It’s the way we honor God through shared prayer, praise and thanksgiving.

We invite you to explore our weekly worship services:

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR SUNDAY, JANUARY 26TH – the 8:00 am worship service is cancelled this Sunday as the entire congregation will gather together for worship at 10:30 AM with a special event to follow – the Annual Parish Meeting & Luncheon. Please mark your calendars.

SUNDAY 8:00 A.M. – Rite I

Worship is quiet and reflective during this Rite I service with Bible readings, sermon or homily, and Holy Communion. It’s a time for spiritual refreshment and focus for the week ahead.

SUNDAY 10:30 A.M. – Rite II

The mid-morning worship service is typically celebrated with music and hymns, Bible readings, sermon or homily, and Holy Communion. In addition to the more contemporary Rite II liturgy, the choral music adds energy and beauty. Meet a full range of parishioners while finding renewal and strength in your relationship with God. Childcare (ages 0-3) and Sunday School (ages 4-12) is offered during this time.

Sunday morning services are followed by fellowship time — “coffee hour”. Light refreshments (beverages and snacks) are served. This is a time for conversation and getting to know each other better.

WEDNESDAY 12:10 P.M. – Holy Eucharist with Healing in the Chapel

Starting in January 2020, this midweek service will be on indefinite hiatus.

For anyone feeling the need for a midweek gathering, please consider joining the Centering Prayer group which meets at 6:30 PM on Wednesdays in the chapel.
