When requesting materials please tell us:

• Your name, phone number, parish or mission
• The title, author, and call number of each item
• Whether you will be picking up the items or wish to have them mailed

• 2 weeks - Books, CD's, Vertical file materials, and DVD/Videos
• 8 weeks - Series programs
• Reference Only (non-circulating) - Curriculum, Kits, Periodicals

• There is no rental cost to use any of our materials. The only cost to you is the return postage. We will provide a return mailing label.
• Items will be mailed using Media Rate. Please allow time for delivery.
• If items are not returned within the loan period, the parish or mission will be billed for the replacement cost.
• If an item is returned damaged, the parish or mission will be billed for the replacement cost.
