The year long Centennial celebration concluded with a Lessons & Carols Service as it had began the previous year. This time, instead of having a homily, the sevice included the filling and sealing of the time capsule that had been opened on November 6, 2011. Members of the Centennial Committee, representatives of the Archive Committee and Capital Campaign Fund Committee, and Wendy each put in items for future parishioners to discover when the box will be reopened in the year 2036. A reception was held in the Narthex after the service to celebrate the actual centennial of the founding of the church.
