We have a vibrant and growing Sunday School which offers to our children age appropriate curriculum. Sunday School Classes and the Nursery are found in the Education Center located behind the Sanctuary. We welcome all children and encourage them to participate in our Nursery and Sunday School programs.

Our Nursery is open on Sunday mornings before the 10:30 worship service. We welcome all children ages three and under. Our Nursery care provider, Tina Carrion, has extensive experience with small children and will take good care of your child. Parents who wish to may come to check children out to attend Communion.

Sunday School students at Saint Thomas will experience one of two programs we offer. The younger students will learn Bible Stories which are part of Gretchen Wolff Pritchard’s beautiful stories in felt. Older students will participate in the Lectionary based Seasons of the Spirit Curriculum. Both of these two curricula are supplemented with art responses and are guided by dedicated volunteer teachers.

Sunday School students have their own stewardship and out reach programs. They participate in Communion each week during the Worship service. Sunday School students participate in many Inter-generational activities. Children at Saint Thomas take an active part in many activities including Advent Angels, the Saint Nicholas feast, Christmas Pageant, Easter Garden, Easter Egg Hunt, quarterly Family Services, Children’s Sermons, Children’s Sabbath and Vacation Bible School.
