The Remodeling Project has been subdivide into 3 separate phases as follows:
| Phase I | Kitchen remodel to ODB specifications. (Supported by ODB funding).This phase was started on July 21, 2001 and completed on Sept 21, 2001, within budget and on schedule! |

| Phase II | Add new educational building. (Supported by St. Thomas "Loaves and Fishes" funding)The project was launched on 11/24/2002. The building has been completed and we have obtained permit for full occupancy. The nursery have been moved in, and operations in their new quarters began on 7/6/2003. The office staff had been using the other classrooms as temporary quarters, but have moved back to the completed office wing on 9/19/2003. |
| Phase III | Remodeling of the office wing and portions of Cowans Hall; landscaping of the campus to
integrate new constructions with existing facilities. (Supported by St. Thomas
"Loaves and Fishes" funding & "Topping-Off" campaign funding)The re-landscaping of the east entrance to the church and refurbishishment of Cowans Hall were started on 12/10/2002. Interior refurbishment of Cowans was completed on 4/15/2003. Remodeling of the office wing was started on June 2, 2003. The exterior finishing of Cowans Hall and remodeling of the office wing was completed on 9/18/2003. The landscaping of the remaining areas and exterior finishing of the Sanctuary was completed on 9/20/2003. |
